How to Access Virtual Conference Venue


Virtual Conference Venue

To participate in the conference program including tutorial workshops, first log in to the registration system with your registration number and password notified in the registration confirmation email.

To locate the email containing the URL, the registration number and the password of your registration "My Page", search for the email subject "IFAC MICNON2021 Registration - New -".

On "My Page" ("Confirmation/Payment"), you can find the link to PaperCept Live Program (the virtual conference venue). Click on the link and log in with PASSCODE shown on the "My Page", which are used as both "username" and "password" for the virtual venue.

For live participation, to go to session and lecture rooms, click on Zoom links in the virtual venue. Turn off your microphone and camera except when joining Q&As. For on-demand participation, pre-recorded presentation videos, slides and papers can be viewed at anytime during the conference period and about 10 days after the conference.

The link to download MICNON 2021 Preprints can be found in the virtual conference venue. Select "Preprints" in the "Information" pull-down menu.

Instructions in an Emergency


In the event that the Video Operator is disconnected due to a network failure of more than three minutes or so, the presenter can play the video by clicking on "share screen" and choosing the presenter's video window on the presenter's PC, or continue Q&As. The chair can report the situation to emergency@micnon2021.org.
